Derrymore Springs is situated alongside the legendary river deel famous for its wild brown trout, its a tributary of the river boyne.

We are situated outside Killucan Co. Westmeath and 5 minutes from Kinnegad, just off the N4.
This 20 acre man made lake was landscaped out of a Quarry. The lake is spring fed and has a variety of features that benefit different specious of wild life. We planted over 20,000 trees and created 4 islands which provide nesting grounds for various wild fowl. There are green park areas, a sandy beach and a ring-road around the lake for nature walks.
The lake with its Crystal clear waters is stocked with rainbow trout weighing up to 8lbs.
