Derrymore springs staff aim to provide a stress-free experience for teachers as much as possible. All teachers have access to our teacher’s lounge where they can view some of the activities along with complimentary tea coffee and sandwiches. You can take our pedal boats out onto the water, take a stroll round the lake or do a spot of fishing at no extra cost.

Situated in the midlands Derrymore Springs is just 5 minutes from Kinnegad just of the N4 and M6. We have the perfect private and exclusive setting to host a whole range of party’s let it be (school tours) team building-bonding, hen-stag, corporate, birthday party’s, day after the wedding party, family get togethers or any party of your desire. This is an oasis set amid farmland in a remote rural area where you can get lost from the world during a few hours having sheer fun and frolics out on the water and then you can finish off the day with a barbecue or picnic in this relaxed and tranquil setting. We can take groups of up to 50 children out on the water at any one time. Large groups will have the whole venue to themselves.

The lake with its crystal clear waters is man made and was purposely designed to accommodate a variety of both land and water sports activities which makes it a safe and ideal setting for people of all ages
